    4 years I couldn't get my carpet cleaned in a two bedroom the electric bill was outrageous because they wouldn't change and upgrade the ac/heat unit that kept breaking down. Mold and mildew windows that are outdated use dollar store curtains only because you will keep replacing them. Never any parking spaces. They hold your mail or packages forever in the office. Maintenance doesn't know what he's doing and ground keeper is doing the maintenance job now. Things stop working good luck if your black you come last and it's been proven many times. The security gates both remote/ key enter are always broken. Don't let the old painted cabinets fool you that use to be brown for years now they painted grey and put grey carpet in talking about a new remodel upgrade apartment. Everything else is still the same

    Good luck dealing with mold mildew broken ac and heat units. Gated entries are always broken or prop open. Maintenance doesn't fix anything and its always a new maintenance person every week. So different strangers are in and out your home because they can't keep anyone it seems. Contractors come out and you have to explain what the issues are and they are still confused.

    Do not go to this apt. They are horrible. The air inside is wet so most of the time you stay inside would get serious body rash. And they would charge you a lot when you move out.
