Nothing is their problem according to management. They charge hidden fees for maintenance which is supposed to be included in the apartment lease. They will put your apartment rent on hold for no reason then charge you late fees when they where the ones purposely putting it on hold. If you would like to rent from a bunch of thieves and con artist and a bunch of disorganized, disrespectful, uncaring, 21 brain-celled management then by all means move here. This has been the worst apartment Ive rented from. Please find you and your family and kids a better apartment to rent from because this aint it.

This is not the residence for you if you enjoy peace and quiet. This place used to be nice. I'm not sure what's going on, but if the owner and management don't get a handle on the disfunction, this place will be considered the slums. Decent residents are moving out slowly.

If your family is coming to visit you, their car will be TOWED!!! Chateau Napoleon will not assist you in the inconvenience.

I have been living at chateau napoleon for more than 14 yrs. The area is great is close to main stores around veterans bldv. Easy access to I-10. A very safe area and the apt complex is clean and well kept. The rental office staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend chateau napoleon apts.

I have been a resident of Chateau Napoleon for 2 years and am very comfortable and feel safe within the community. I find that the staff are very professional and accommodating to the residents needs. Any requests, concerns and/or recommendations that I have brought to their attention has been handled in a timely and efficient manner. I noticed managements desire to ensure the property remains safe, family friendly and market competitive by upgrading units, providing courtesy security, conducting routine maintenance on the property's overall appearance and providing a recreational/fitness area. Thank you Chateau Napoleon, a place I identify as my home.
