What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Metairie

80% of my neighbors are either middle aged to retired few families with kids. Walking distance of several very good restaurants and would like to meet my friends either at our house or at local restaurants.

peoples are good here and having nice culture to live with them, it has lot of grocerry stores nearby

I like that it is quiet but there are many places of business that meet my needs for food, banking and recreation.

Older more affluent area. Close to shopping and eateries . Has recreational stuff an it's treelined.good bars walkable

My street goes directly into a very big park. Most neighbors are very friendly. Grocery stories and shopping areas are close.viendly

Nearby neighbors, but not overly nosy. Very quiet area. Close to necessities. Houses are not close together and are spaced so that you can't see into the neighbors home.
