    Great office staff, great location, poor maintenance etiquette by the grounds keeper. So we have lived here for several years. The front office staff has always been super helpful and courteous. The apartments are decent, although you may hear some noise from time to time if you're on the first floor. So why the two stars? Well, today's weather has been very spotty. It's cloudy and has brief periods of heavy rain. We have a trained service dog. While it was cloudy and drizzling, I decided to walk our dog while I could. While outside, it started to POUR rain. One of the groundskeepers was inside an apartment overlooking the area where people walked their dogs, opened the window and decided to should an explitive laced sentence at me. I informed him I would return to pickup the dog mess once it wasn't pouring. He then ran through the apartment he was in, and went onto the balacony as I was trying to get out of the rain, and decided to let off an even worse statement that Google won't let me post. I called the front office and let them know what had happened and they said they would talk to him. I was told this isn't the first time he's done this apparently and he's the one who gets stuck picking it up when people don't. Now, I could understand if we were the kind of people who did that all the time. I really could. However, we always try to be the best tenants and this was a one-time thing. If I had a people-facing job, and I said the types of things he said, I would NOT expect to still have my job. I hope they do the responsible thing and terminate this employee. That is NOT acceptable especially when you acknowledge he's done it before. We will NOT be renewing our lease here once it's up.
