Chapel Creek

I signed my lease on 5/29/24, but due to weather conditions, couldnt move until 6/3/24. I first checked with Felicia at Chapel Creek earlier in May. Felicia gave me a thorough tour, and I was sold! Felicia is very personable and helpful; providing thorough information so well that I didnt really have any questions! When the apartment that would be vacated in May was ready to move in earlier than expected, she notified me immediately! Unfortunately, I wasnt able to make the moving preparations at that time, due to work schedules. Now I have comfortably and happily basically settled in my new home with my two dogs, and the few people I have had a chance to meet are as welcoming as Felicia! I was walking my dog today, and three complete strangers waved as they were driving in and out. I think this says so much for the management team! Obviously, smiling, friendly people are the result of their environment! I couldnt be more excited and thrilled to need more neighbors, make use of the pool (ASAP), and gym soon! I highly recommend contacting Chapel Creek online or by calling for Felicia should you be in the market to rent now or in the future!

Dog poop everywhere left on grass and Mgt doesnt do anything about it. When you move out, they automatically keep your deposit and bill you for an additional $125. EVEN IF YOU LEAVE IT IN BETTER SHAPE THAN WHEN YOU MOVED IN!!! Noisy neighbors at all hours of the night and early morning (2a.m.) again Mgt does NOTHING!!! Apartment is great, location is great. Management is crooked and TERRIBLE!!!!!

I would give this apartment complex a minus star if I could. READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS PLACE. I lived there 2016-2017 and it was really nice. Unfortunately, my son lived there recently and it has all gone downhill. It looks crappy inside and out. The kitchen drawers were falling apartment. The shower heads did not work properly. The ac vent in the bedroom did not work. They never fixed any of these problems. And then when he recently moved out, they are trying to charge him $800 plus the nonrefundable pet deposit. I saw the apartment because I helped him move out. They charged him for "debris removal"??? What debris??? A $125 turn around fee which is for cleaning as I found out. AND then on top of that charging additional fees ($30 each) for cleaning a toilet, refrigerator, oven, etc. The used the bathroom and looked inside the refrigerator. Neither one was dirty. And as far as debris, I don't even know what they are talking about. This is just a way of them making a months rent off of him for their own gain.

All I can say is move somewhere else dont let the pics fool you this place is a dump. If you have a problem they wont fix your problem the gates have been broken for about a year, pools always shut down hot tub never worked, carpet is discussing. Managers are nice when you first go in once u sign the lease they don't want anything to do with you. So many other places on the north shore. Before u Rent do a search if Key management group is the management run run fast

Chapel Creek ignores noise complaints. 7 complaints about one neighbor and nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Not a quiet place to stay by any means.
