My friend l moved in here 3 months ago. She's had 3 bats inside her apartment. She has reported it to management every time with absolutely no response from them other than to tell her that they're no way that they have bats. I was visiting her a couple of nights ago and out of nowhere a bat was flying all over the apartment. No doors were open, so it had to be conniving through the vents somewhere. I videoed it flying from room to room before taking a towel and swatting at it until I managed to hit it, knocking it ithrough the door and out into the breeze way stunning it for a few minutes giving us time to take a photo after we all called down. Shindig needs to be done through the health department because apparently the apartments are not going to do anything and must not understand the level of danger thus imposes to my friend and Abby visitors they have. Some bats carry rabies. Rabies are deadly if not treated before symptoms appear not to mention rabies shots cost $35,000! Their safety and their lives vate in danger and it's being ignored by management

all this apartments re out of control. Ready for the Great Exodus when FP closes for good in the next 2 or 3 years? God help them!

Look elsewhere for a place to live!! leaky roof wet walls that cause mold to grow on your furniture and no rent credits when they leave you without water for the 3rd time trying to fix a pipe outside that's been busted and "fixed" repeatedly over the last 3 years. Done! We're moving!

Nice clean apartments surprisingly quiet and walking distance from gas station

My favorite apartment complex to this day . We were moving to Louisiana from Tx and Moriah was quick , communicated thoroughly and made our move happen fast and easy! Living there for a year was amazing. For the most part we had nice neighbors, maintenance is AMAZING! This is a complex where you feel like even though you live in an apt complex , it feels like you still have your own space. Front office doesn’t hound you about every little thing . Great monthly prices too. A lot of parking , Anytime we had issues Moriah took care of it ASAP. That lady needs a raise! I miss living here so much. If you’re looking for a positive review that’s not fake , here you go! If we didn’t have to move back to Tx we would still happily live here. Also I felt SAFE living here. Which is huge to me as I have a toddler. ALSO we had NO issues with roaches , even with several vacant units in our building. That was a breath of fresh air. Good apartment in Leesville, Louisiana! I lived in building 19! Very quiet and cozy place! An office lady, Ms. Marty is pretty nice and kind person!
