Lived here 3 months & already dont care for. Pretty sure we have elephants living above us. When we got shown the model apartment & got sent pictures everything was up to date and new looking. When we moved in the appliance look like they are from 1970 so we got tricked with that. The washer sounds like a space ship taking off its so loud. The bathroom in the master bedroom is odd. I dont want to step out of the shower & stand on carpet its not 1970 anymore get rid of the carpet. The big mirrors in the dinning room, no I dont want to eat while looking at myself. The dish washer barely works, the showers clog all the time. The water goes from freezing cold to scolding hot in a matter of seconds and you burn yourself. I could have lived in a newly updated apartment for what Im paying for here if I wouldnt have been tricked. Cant wait for the lease to be up!

Pros: spacious apartments, plenty of closet space, maintenance met needs in timely manner Cons: Model was completely different from unit issued (very old appliances/ bathtub) was not worth rent paid, apartments very close nearby have very similar prices with nicer apartments poor conflict resolution, poor management,

I lived here 2 years and always had a problem. The foundation is weak and has many holes in the floor. My AC vent always leaked on the floor on stop, even after they "fixed it". My kitchen vent molded and behind my washer was molded also. Bees and any other insects easily made their way in through closed windows and also built hives. The price is also high for no reason. Do not recommend at all! I can say that the staff is pretty friendly though.
