I lived there two years and absolutely loved it. Beautifully maintained and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend.

Too expensive. They charge $99 for cable if you use it or not. I asked why. I was told so that it can be discounted by COX. I say so that they can get a kickback from cox. They're not being honest!

A/C units roaring over bedroom on 4th floor.Elevator smells of vomit in building 5. New air fresheners hung daily to hide smell but it doesn't work. One parking space per 3 bedroom condo. Mine that goes with condo is 30 yards from the elevator. No covering from the elements. Can hear footsteps in apartment above. Was assured a quiet apartment but this never happened. Had to sleep 2 months on a couch since bedroom noise was too disturbing . Very disappointed but with the current situation don't have many choices to rent. Other things too but have said enough.
