Lafafette Gardens is a very nice and quiet place to call home. I really enjoyed the events that take place on occasions for the tenants. They have something that all can enjoy, children and adults festivities. The grounds are always kept clean and when there is a need for mantaince, I never ever had to wait more then 24 hours for service. I love my apartment and the staff has been nothing but courteous and respectful. Everything is within a short drive. Movies, restaurants, mall etc. Im glad we choose Lafayette Gardens to call home. Terrible management. Lafayette Gardens may have been great at one point, but it is terrible now. Do not lease, trust me. Gate is always broken, pool is always closed, amenities are rendered totally useless after they get your money. Management's only concern is deceiving you to fill a unit.
