    We have been at LaVeranda for over a year. We were some of the first residents to move in. The Management Team has always been responsive to any need and have always been helpful. We have enjoyed some great get togethers that this complex has offered to the residents. Summer Pool Party BBQ, Thanksgiving Potluck and a great Christmas Party. A cool pond with our own ducks hatched here!! We have met some great people while here. I would recommend LaVeranda to anyone seeking a new home so convenient to just about everything. JM

    We are so thrilled to be living on this beautiful property! We couldnt be happier. Not only is every part of the property pristine, our apartment is beautiful, convenient, and has tons of storage. The icing on the cake is the super great staff. If we ever have a need, its solved right away. They seriously aim to please. We are blessed and so thankful. Also, weve had guests over who become jealous that they cant have our place! LOL. Thank you to everyone at LaVeranda who make living here so awesome.

    This apartment complex has horrible communication with its residents only when it comes to things that cost money. Without my consent, they have been charging me for an air conditioned mail box that they put in!!!!!! All because I was out of town and my package sat in my mailbox for a certain amount of days. No one ever told me about this or asked my consent if I wanted my package to be placed there. Also, 0 insulation between apartments. I can hear my neighbor coughing, sneezing, talking, walking, playing the TV, cooking, washing clothes, etc. Looks good from the outside, but horrible once you live here.

    The apartment complex is wonderful, the only complaint I have is that there is ZERO....and when I say zero I mean Z E R O insulation between apartments. I can hear neighbors coughing, talking, cooking, and washing clothes. There is a person that lives above me who stomps so loud it shakes my walls and appliances in the kitchen. This noise issue makes the complex extremely irritating to live in. Other than the noise issue I really dont mind the complex at all.
