What Renters Like and Dislike About Lafayette

It's quiet. The people speak to each other all the time. Everybody is really to themselves. People are very respectful to each other. Cops really don't ever have to come in the neighborhood because there is barely any crime in the area at all.

The unique thing about my neighborhood is it's buildings are all fairly new, and my favorite local businesses close to my neigborhood are pouparts bakery and t-coons restaurant. There is a park in close proximity to my neighborhood, and my family and I enjoy visiting it when we can.

it is close to almost everything that you would need, but it is not downtown. it is actually part of a smaller town.

I like how everything is very close and not spread. I also like how there is not many areas that are secluded or vacant.

One of the things that I like most about my neighborhood is that it is pet friendly. Another aspect that I like is that a family friend lives in close proximity.

Nice people and generally quiet neighborhood not much in the way of crime and everyone tends to get along fairly well..
