    Very dirty at turn over, I would like to share pictures, albeit trust me its terrible. A very old complex that truly shows its age. You will see repairs but the wood is new....but four months still not painted. Tells you a great deal. Truly the least expensive so, many will have to go here but fight for at the very least a clean home.

    I like what they have done with the remodeling its been over 20 yrs that I have visited there but it still is a beautiful place
