    A shout out to the owners, office staff and maintenance guys. Rene and Tammy never stop either on the phones are on the grounds trying to get this place back in shape and get residents back. Josh and Kenny in maintenance are always working and do a great job. They are super nice to all the tenants. Things are getting done dispute the slow insurance payments as everyone is dealing with. My wish for 2022 is for new lighting all over the grounds. I've heard its coming. I love living here.This is home for me and I'm happy thus far. Keep up the great job you are all doing. Steven

    Theres nothing I DONT like about this property, except fo r.c ONE THING: no 2 bd/2ba available until the end of OCT. Everything else is exactly what I'd been looking for.

    I love living here. If been here 5 months in a large 1 bedroom. It very quiet and my neibhors are freindly and respect your privacy. Rene the office manager is constantly keeping up with what needs to get fixed. She takes pride in the way the appearance of Relais looks. She is constantly working hard to do her best. Shes a kind caring lady.The girls in the office are all nice and professional. Savanah showed me my apartment and was So friendly and kind. She is professional and answered all my questions. She knows so much about these apartments.The 2 maintence guys Robert and Will are fast and efficient. Always friendly and get the job done. Even the 2 grounds keeper guys do a great job keeping things clean. I looked at 14 other apartments in Metairie and Kenner nothing compares to Relais.

    The person who helped me did no review any basic information gave me app and told me come back didn't review the room prices , or the room I really was interested in horrible , will NOT reccomend at all

    Need more parking spaces (for all lease holders),more public laundry equipment (washers/dryers) on the property and a gym.Maintenance was prompt and staff was professional, friendly, and hospitable (Ms. Pat is who I interacted with while living there).

    Since I have been at the Relais, I haven't had any issues with crime or things like that. However, I am noticing that there are a lot of activities around the area to make the community look nicer. Plus, I appreciate the idea of the community being 10 minutes from the airport, as well as centrally located to shops, restaurants and such..
