Have you heard? The good life has come to Houma. And it's nothing like this city has ever seen. It's a life of luxury and ease, style and charm. A life where professional property management means you don't have a care in the world. It's the life you've always dreamed of. And always knew you deserved. On a typical day, lots of people take work home. Only here can you bring it home to a business center equipped with the same cutting-edge technology you enjoy at the office. Expensive health club memberships for your daily workout? Forget it: the state-of-the-art fitness center is all you need. Clearly, there's nothing everyday about living here. In Houma, the good life has a name: The Landing on Bayou Cane. And nothing will ever be the same.
Leases: 10 - 12 - 15 - 24 months.
I have spent the last year living at the Landing and it has been a rollercoaster of bad experiences. Honestly, every tenant that I know truly regrets renting here. Misty Boyou is and Ansley Place are way better options. But more about the landing: Sarah (front office worker) is by far the rudest most passive aggressive worker. Every tenant at the landing has had an issue with her and she is often a subject of conversation, as well as the towing and rodents. Nightly, there are dozens of raccoons and possums greeting you at your car doors and surrounding the dumpsters. The only attempt ro fix the issue was replacing the types of dumpsters we had (which were only changed becasue a resident caught one on fire) but they still dont stop the rodents. Also, most residents have terrible towing stories here at the landing. Someone's vehicle was towed for parking backwards (while she was unloading groceries). Now a personal issue we had was our upstairs neighbors would wash their dogs "mess" off of their patio onto ours. The front office did absolutely nothing after several complaints. The list really goes on and on. But finally, we spent about 5 hours a day for a whole week cleaning our appartment before our lease was up. And they still found $800 worth of "filth" to charge us for. Which was absolutely false. So again. MISTY BAYOU OR AINSLEY PLACE is a way better. Affordable route than The Landing
I'm so honored to give my review! I'm relocating from California to Louisiana. I viewed Land's Crossing and was immediately impressed.
((Phillip, Jimmy & Sarah, thank you so much for being so warm, receptive, supportive and most helpful to me)). I'll be visiting family in Baton Rouge in May and will be excited to see what's in store for me when I visit Land's Crossing!
I checked out several other appartments but I'm sold on The Landing on Bayou Cane. I'm very much interested.
