great joy to me. I enjoy hearing their laughter while they play on the swings.
I have no complaints at all.
The apartments in real life look nothing like the remodeled pictures. The new hardwood floors were so poorly done, they were very uneven and lumpy. There were cracks everywhere in the apartment and floorboards were coming up. There were roaches everywhere! As soon as we moved in! Ridiculous! The refrigerator wasnt working, we had to call maintenance 4 times before they finally got it fixed (we lost a lot of food due to spoilage). Its seems to be a very old apartment that they tried to do cosmetic updates to. It was 80 degrees all day in the apartment because they couldnt fix the air. Imagine sweating just by walking around your apartment. Your trash cans are kept by the door right outside. The outside porch and stairwell area look horrible. This is just a bad place to live. Please find somewhere else. Ive never lived in an apartment that charges these types of prices that had sooooo many issues! The roaches were just horrific. Ive never had roaches a day in my life. There were so many cracks and spaces..omg it was just the worst experience. Also, the adjoining neighborhoods were run down. Please find somewhere else to live.
My apt looks nothing like the models or the pictures. My pipes busted and when I mentioned the bottom of the sink was mildewing all they did was put a board under there over it. Did not spray for the mold or anything. The lady in the front told me I can upgrade but forgot to mention there would be a $250.00 upgrade charge. I asked to speak to corporate and was told there was noone above the property manager. Well that simply shouldn't be true do to the fact we all have a boss somewhere. I'm sure they just don't want corporate to know whats really going on. I believe once your here they don't really care about anything but that money!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
I work out of town. My vehicle stays parked on the property. My vehicle was towed TWICE from the same spot because my tire had A slow-leak. 1st time l wasnt notified at all. When l got home, l noticed my car was GONE!
In my mailbox was the 3rd notice from the tow yard stating my charges were well over $1800! Evidently, my car had been sitting in the tow yard for months! And no one from this office notified me to tell me anything! There were times when I called the office to pay my rent, and still no one notified me that my car was gone. And to make matters worse, the tow truck yard was closed through the weekend. Which meant my car would still be there until Im able to make plans to return to take care of the matter. I paid close to $2000 to get my car out of the tow yard.
I have specialty tires on my car, so I had to order replacements. So while waiting for my replacement tires to be shipped in, I just received a courtesy call from the tow truck yard informing me that my car was just towed yet again by this apartment complex.!
To make matters worse, I called the apartment office, and asked to speak to the boss OF whoevers in charge!
I was told by the associate that Im not allowed to speak to anyone above the property manager. The in-house property management team is as far as theyre allowed to give out information. I dont want to talk to the in-house management team, because they wont resolve my matter. So now here I am all over again, out of town working, cant make it back to New Orleans until tomorrow night. The tow truck yard will be closed through the weekend, and the charges will continue to add up.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
Upon the completion of my lease Ill be moving l can promise you that!
PS, I forgot to mention that the property manager left a message on my phone telling me that due to the fact that this was the second time my car was towed, my vehicle will no longer be allowed on the premises!
So many nicer, bigger places. A 1 bedroom uptown is cheaper.
