        Poorly managed and maintained. Water leaks, constant AC problems, dogs barking/pooping everywhere,and random non tenants roaming the halls at night. All with a depressing hospice vibe.

        Reached out multiple times, even left messages, expressing my interest and wanting to set up a time to tour and fill out an application. Never received any response, let alone actually getting to speak with anyone. Very frustrated, only to later find out from a relative that they are no longer renting at the moment.

        LOOK TO BE A REAL NICE PLACE WHERE I WOULD LOVE TO MOVE. ON THEIR WAITING LIST.

        I left multiple messages, voice and email. Never received a response. Visited twice to try and talk to someone and the office was empty during business hours both times.

        A wonderful very clean and very affordable and extremely beautiful apartments and an amazing manager there Mr. Phillip he was extremely wonderful and patient and completely understanding and most importantly caring man would love to hopefully become a resident soon.
