    I love living here. The office managers are super friendly and they are always trying to help any way they can. Buildings are a little old so will need some maintenance every now and then but at the price point for the area you can't beat it.

    I go to Southeastern and my roommate and I have lived here for a year. It's a great place. Campus is 1 mile away, and anything we need management (Kay and Nancy) are really sweet and very helpful. This is a great place for a college student. I would suggest coming to visit one of the apartments because the pictures are outdated. It looks much better in person.

    Very unprofessional, lost their copy of my apartment key and my lease on 2 occasions. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy.

    I absolutely love the creek wood townhomes! My roommate and I have lived her for six months now and have never been unpleased! The ladies in the office are the sweetest people and are beyond helpful with all your needs!
