Hard to get maintenance we've been trying to get maintenance for 3 months about to be 4 months now they say that we was getting a new pool and never got one water looks dirty
Horrible... Too many issues from office, maintenance, parking, paying rent.
Sometimes people should go to apartment complexes they are thinking about moving to and speak with current residents at random and you learn a lot. Wish I had listened to the 3 kids and 5 adults who said don't do it, but I went with the majority and loss big.
I went on 7 different days and spoke with different ethnicities, ages and learned a lot.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, unless you dont mind being hot. My a/c gets as high as 85 degrees & as low as 75. The maintance staff doesnt know how to fix anything. The office staff is very rude and they dont care about you, they just want the money. Also our hot water heater leaked all over the ceiling & they wont let us switch apartments without paying $500. Just pick somewhere else to live, youll be much happier.
The a/c units are old, the apts still use analog mercury thermostats. Not enough cabinet space in the kitchens. I've lived in 2 units and had issues with the washer or dryer in both. There are opossums nesting everywhere. The pool is disgusting. It's been open for 4 days and its a rich white like milk. Rental rates are too high for the quality of living, and they keep going up. The gates are loud and disturbing. Most courts and parking lots flood. It constantly smells like sewage because they're always having drainage problems, so they uncap sewer lines to release the pressure. They don't salt or sand ice in the winter. The parking lot is designed terribly, so somebody's car gets hit about once a week. It's not a great place to live.
Ive only been living here for 3 months and my apartment is infested with huge (eneromous) roaches. I contacted the office and they sent out pest control but that wasnt any good. The bedrooms are very tiny however, kitchen and dining room is spacious and all apartments come with washer and dryer connections. Overall, Im very disappointed that are unable to get the roach problem under control. Im pretty sure I will be breaking this lease very soon. They need to get their pest under control. I would love to live comfortably and it has been everything but that since moving here.
