      Overall the place is to my expectation very nice people seem friendly no one was standing on the outside look like everyone stayed till they sells I live there 1994 the 2000

      The office members are ignorant, the manager is horrible the A/C always having issues. They never answer the phone when you call. Something always not working in the apartments. The pricing is highly expensive and they give the worst customer service. Theyre the worst I dont suggest moving in here. Im waiting to find a better apartment to move out.

      The property manager of Cedarwood, Janell, is the most incompetent manager I have had the displeasure of dealing with. From my last negative post, things seemed to get better so I decided to renew my lease. Shortly after, my ceiling started leaking rain water even though I'm in downstairs unit! It took them 3 weeks to fix it. Then recently their website to pay rent was down so I filled out a check in front of a person that works there and asked her to make sure it was correct. She said it was and I didn't find out a week later that they denied it due to no signature. They didn't bother to email me nor leave a voicemail even though Janell claims she did. So now I'm responsible for a substantial amount of late fees. I can't even trust that she let the regional manager know what's going on because she lied saying she couldn't give their number but I could Google it. If I had known I could get corporates number from Google, I wouldn't have bothered with her. Don't bother moving here or you'll regret it!
