      As others have noted, you can hear a lot in these buildings. It's all faux wood flooring was definitely an incentive since we have a dog. Unfortunately, the downstairs neighbors hear every single move you make. We seemed to have an extremely sensitive neighbor who complained about us doing simple things like going to the bathroom at 1am or walking in with groceries at noon. We were given the option to move or potentially be evicted. It's a beautiful complex no doubt, but not a place for families. It is common for management to ask families to relocate to 1st floor units if the downstairs neighbor has noise complaints due to children. I attached a photo of a similar situation to mine. It looks like we were not the only ones who were asked to move to a first floor. We declined because we don't expect people upstairs to tip toe during the day time. I also have video of the amount of vibration there is in these units, if you would like to see them, please reach out to me.

      Everyone has been extremely helpful especially management making me feel like Im a part of a family. Id recommend to any and everyone !

      Nice place... thinking about downsizing. Tired of yard work etc and Silver Oaks feels like youre on vacation everyday.
