    Ive been living on this property since August 2017 and I can honestly say this is the best apartment Ive ever lived in. The grounds are kept clean, parking has never been a problem, and the other residents are very respectful of their neighbors. The staff is wonderful, especially the property manager Brandi, who is amazing and so friendly!! She makes sure any maintenance requests are done quickly and efficiently. In addition, the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. But the piece de resistance is certainly the apartments. They are spacious and with great interiors, and it doesnt hurt that the walls are pretty thick! I live in a third floor one bedroom and its so rare that I hear anything from my neighbors! I wouldnt change anything about my current living situation; and, I have no plans to move until Im ready to buy a house. You will not regret moving into the Village at Juban Lakes!!

    Toured this property and love the location and the family friendly community. I've begun the application process and can't wait to move in! Best value by far compared to others in this area.
