I moved into live oak trace about 6 months ago. We have loved everything about living here!! We love the layout of the 2 bedroom, it is very open and has lots of room. The pool is very nice and has areas on the sides that you can sit and lounge. We havent had to contact the office for much but when we do (paying rent) everyone is very helpful and attentive.
I've lived here going on two years. The apartments are large and very nice. The unit I'm in has a full size washer and separate dryer which is really nice. The grounds are well kept and is a quiet community to live in. The pool is really nice and my only complaint is the pool closes at 7 I wish it would be open longer.
I have been here going on 4 1/2 years. Any repairs I have requested have been done so in a timely manner. Right now some of the apartments on the 1st floor are still being renovated and the parking lot is being repaved. So yes there is construction going on. However before the flood the landscape and overall upkeep of the grounds was very nice. I expect once construction is done this place will be back to the very nice place it was pre-flood.
I've been a few months and I have no complaints. Staff is cool & They actually have an office now. Everything is brand new. they have free wifi. I'm all set.
Live Oak Trace is without a doubt the best apartment community I have every lived in. I find the office staff to be the kindest and friendliest I have ever encountered. Maintenance has always fixed any problem I have had in a timely manner. But honestly I haven't really had many problems. The yard is always kept immaculate which makes it more appealing. The apartments are roomy and up to date. The 1st floor that had to be rebuilt after the devastating flood of 2016 are phenomenal. I do not hear neighbors through the walls, I do not have any problems with any neighbors. It has always been quiet.
Live Oak Trace is my forever home and I am extremely happy there.
