My family moved into this complex in May 2021, we absolutely Love our new place. The square footage is awesome and it is a fun and safe community for my young children. The office staff is great and they have addressed every concern and issue we have had immediately. I would definitely refer people to rent here.

My family loves Juban Courts! We moved in 12/2019 and it's been nothing but enjoyable. Our condo backs to the pond, which I walk our dog around everyday. Hubby and I hangout on the bridge and enjoy a cup of ☕ or he takes the kids 🐟 for fun. The kids love watching for turtles as they ride around the pond on their scooters. Juban is a perfect fit for my family. We have the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath and all units have a garage. Come take a tour, move in and settle down with Juban Courts!

I am a resident here & i DO NOT recommend living here . I have been contacting Kathy & Nancy about rodents we’ve been having in our apartment for the past several months. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been resolved , they’ve been giving us the run arounds since we first reported this issue, they know we are expecting a baby soon and they act like this is normal living conditions . Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this issue under control??
