It seems the rent goes up considerably every 6 months or so...I've been following it. At the rate you're going, you'll be charging $1000 for a one-bedroom by the middle of next year! Makes me nervous about wanting to rent there.

Very Nice Property Managers and staff-yard, housekeeping, etc. Repairs are really quick, everyone is very friendly. I am in my second year living here, no complaints..
