    You dont get what you pay for with these apartments. The front desk staff isnt helpful nor are they friendly. Weve had issues with this place since we moved in, whether it be with the staff or with multiple maintenance issues.

    When I moved to Bossier, I was looking forward to living in a place close to work and my family. My sister and her husband had lived at Stockwell Landing a few years prior, so I was familiar with the complex. After some visits, I narrowed my choices down to three places. In the end, Stockwell was my choice due to the space and proximity to my family. From the day that I have moved in, it has been almost a nightmare. After getting the keys to my apartment, I was dismayed to see stained bathroom floors from rugs, trash in my kitchen drawers, food and grime covering my stovetop, debris and who knows what on and in my dishwasher, and even smudges of grease on my new carpet. Now on a positive note, the manager at the time was quick to get things fixed up. I've been here only 8 months, and I've had to deal with numerous other issues: birds building a nest in a dryer vent line, almost 3 foot into my ceiling nonetheless, which they would not remove, trash left out on the common area including cigarette butts and bottles, and most recently a leaking window during a powerful storm. I woke up to the sound of the dripping water. I have cracks in my walls from the apartment complex settling. The hallways look like they haven't been cleaned in years... Am I getting my value for my money? I'm afraid not. I pay a little over a $1,000 a month for a 2 bedroom unit. In my opinion, I should be paying closer to $750 due to the condition this place is in. I would compare this to living in a dorm on a party campus than an apartment community. The new management support is nonexistent, and forget trying to find information online. We were lucky to be notified about how to pay our rent eventually. So long story short - I'd find someplace else to live if you have a choice.
