    This has been hands down the best apartment complex I have ever lived. We found these apartments online 3 years ago when my husband got his military orders and it looks just like the pictures. The office staff and maintenance has never been anything shy of amazing and consistent over the last three years. We will live here until we have orders somewhere else. I absolutely love it and recommend to anyone!!! You won't regret it!!

    Apts are adequate, certainly not luxury. Was there 6+yrs w 7 mgrs, couple only stayed 2 weeks, 4or5 different maintenance crews, too many speed bumps takes toll on ur car, Gates are broken half the time, there are rats in the detached garages, sink would chronically stop up, so no garbage disposal, new office staff talks down to you. Not enough parking unless you want to pay. New mgr took over and raised rent 20%,attempted to do it with 3weeks notice,I was month-to-month, no lease, i put in move out notice for 30days, apt only showed normal wear-n-tear of 6yrs. Cleaned it,even patched nail holes and painted with same paint from Maintenance.They kept my deposit then charged me to clean and repair. I have video of apt as we left. This was vindictive and payback for calling them on their attempt to raise rent a month before they could legally. They turned the cln & repair charges over to a collection agency in less than 2 weeks of us moving out, more payback. New mgr is out to take residents and suck up to owners and then there is the GenX diva that talks down to you, that you have to deal with also. Complex was listed for sale month before the old mgr was fired, makes sense, new mgr hiked rent trying to make it look more profitable than it really is.There were moving trucks all over the week we moved. I won't deal with that crowd again.

    Im mad as ..Welcome to Le Ghetto! Located just off of I-220 and Shed Road! Your luxury apartments await you. Come home to your peaceful abode! You might just get shot walking to your apartment! But thats okay we pay over $1500 for a two bedroom apartment monthly! We have no management! We found out they were recently fired. Right after they were told by the Owners to pack the place just to get 100 percent capacity! Oh they packed it all right! Just think they forgot to Vet the people!!! So we remaining residents get to deal with this crud daily! We have had thefts from autos, wheels being taken off vehicles in the parking lot and left on blocks. We get cussed out if we speak up to people that do not live here using the pool! Sometimes even by people who live here! Theres also more than one family living in an apartment sometimes three families! Just come see for yourself! After this latest incident with the Bossier police coming yet again to break up my upstairs neighbors ongoing feud! This is the sixth time in three months the cops have been at my building! No telling whats on tomorrows Agenda! Renter Beware

    Overall my wife and I liked the aesthetic of the complex, but once we moved in we realized that the money we were spending was not invested in the quality of appliances in the apartment. Maintenance response was pretty quick and they did the best they could to fix our issues, but the frequency of requests we had to put in was definitely ridiculous. There was A LOT to be desired from this complex when you take into account the rent we paid for so little space, luxury apartments or not. Parking was also a nightmare and most nights we had no spot in front of our apartment and had to park a few buildings away. I wasn't too happy with that especially with my wife being heavily pregnant. It was a huge inconvenience.
