We lived at Le Rivage for approximately 3 years and the quality of maintenance steadily declined throughout out stay. Uncovered (free parking) was scarce and and the covered parking areas (not free) were extremely small, as it was difficult to park a full size truck in the covered parking space. It was evident when the complex was sold to new management, as the quality of service declined, we were not properly informed of news and new notifications of the complex, such as new trash regulations and rules, and grounds were not as well taken care of as they previously were. Not that this should matter much, but Christmas lights weren't even put up around the office building this year, which was disappointing, as we always enjoyed seeing the lights on our way into the apartment complex.
I lived at le rivage for 2yr. It was one of the nicest and most well maintained apartments of which I have seen. I would highly recommend it that everyone see what they have to offer, if you interested in renting an apartment.
We love our place here. The front office, namely Elizabeth and Jessica, are flat out amazing and always quick to help and resolve anything that pops up. The pool is beautiful, the grounds well kept, and it is really located in a perfect spot to reach anything locally with a quickness. Plus you don't have to deal with a ton of traffic that usually comes with such a conveniently located property. The only big time downside to the place is people just let their pets poop everywhere. On the sidewalks, the grass, even 2-3ft away from the pet stations they just let em poop and leave it there. Its awfully disgusting, but you cant make people have class or respect others. Outside of that its a great place, just watch where you step
The person I worked with when I visited the property was awesome. Im relocating from Michigan, so I dont have a lot of time to find my new rental home. I thought the stairwells and exterior door areas could be cleaner. The apartments were nicely appointed. The pool area was fantastic! The atmosphere in the clubhouse seem to be welcoming.
A complaint that I hope you will take seriously is the strength of the air Freshener. It is very strong! Overpowering even. I left, and ended up with a full on migraine. There are many people that are sensitive to smells such as people prone to migraine headaches, and asthmatics. I sincerely hope you will remedy this issue so Ill tenants can enjoy the clubhouse and work out facility. Overall, its definitely at the top of my list as a place to live.
The Apartment complex is beautiful with kind staff and occupants.
