My two property management ladies are AMAZING! Quick to respond, on top of Everything, great at motivating other staff, great at hosting our community gatherings.... Outstanding, Exceptional! And they COMPLETELY MAKE this entire experience what it is.

I love that I don't have to pay multiple bills. Just rent and it covers EVERYTHING. Every time I have and issue I have it fixed ASAP. Its amazing!

It wasn't a bad place to live but has gone downhill. The upkeep on the grounds is majorly lacking. The walking trail has limbs and bushes that need to be trimmed so you can use it properly. The hottub is always cloudy or broken. The pool used to be kept up and it's cloudy all the time. The painting on the balconies look horrible. The dumpster areas look very unkept, the parking lot has mud and debris all over. Definitely not worth the expense rent any longer.

Tremendous staff with concierge for a right priced experience. Cannot say enough good things about these professionals. Wish they had more openings but with service this good, don't expect many to leave.

Maintenance free living and all utilities included is awesome. I really like the concept and have found everyone I meet to be very nice and pleasant. I am happy I choose this place from the beginning.
