    Went apartment hunting and came across Fountain Lakes. Impressed with the size of the apartments - you get a lot more space for the rent, than any place out there that weve seen!! Kids love the basketball court and the pool. The apartments are right next to athletic fields so we parents dont have to take them back and forth. The place is spotless clean, no insects, and rental staff friendly and helpful. Would love to live here.

    Love the courtyards. We can keep an eye on the little ones from our apartment while they play in an enclosed area. Pool is nice. Safe for families. Can't beat the size of the apartment for the rent they charge.

    I wouldn't recommend this place to no one unless you just have no where else to go. This place has been a nightmare since I moved in. It is infested with roaches, I have bomb the place, spray every day and I just can't get rid of the roaches. It has rained in my apartment I advised management, someone came out after the next big rain to advise they can't do anything because it is rainng. The ceiling had already been patched up for the same thing so obvisously they arent fixing the problem, they are covering up the problem. This place is really not fit for people to live in. I made a really bad choice that I am trying to live with because I do not want anything derogatory on my rental history.
