Absolutely disgusting new apartment and nothing works called office numerous times and they are giving me the run-around.

I will try contacting the office once more, than this issue has to be moved up to the real property management out of state. Surely they cant know what is going on here. For the amount I pay for rent I could have moved to a very nice brand new REAL luxury complex I was interested in for the same amount
