    I tend to call a spade a spade and give an honest review on here. We just moved out about a month ago and we were so happy to leave. Sadly, all these negative reviews are true. We had to do a final walk-through inspection with Karen (the manager) and one of the maintenance guys. They looked at every little thing to see what they could charge you for. The maintenance guy told us to turn off all the lights and then proceeded to use a blacklight to scan all the rooms for carpet stains. They ended up sending us a final bill for the following: $200 - for painting "touch-ups" that would take 30 minutes to do. We did not hang one single thing on the walls because we had a feeling this would happen. On the initial first tour, Casey (the asst. manager) only told us we had to fill in the holes before leaving. No mention of having to pay to repaint walls. $75 - to steam clean the carpets even though the maintenance guy found no stains and we had no kids or pets. $20 - for cleaning the master bathtub (which takes all of 5 minutes to wipe down). So we ended up having to pay $145 plus losing our $150 deposit as well. I've lived in four apartment complexes in my lifetime and never once had this kind of treatment. On top of that, we constantly smelled weed around our building (#14), parking was terrible, and our neighbors (two young guys) upstairs made all kinds of noise all hours of the night (stomping or jumping around, nailing up photos at 11pm, playing fetch with theirdI. Call og in the apartment after 10pm, playing loud music , smoking weed, etc.) No common courtesy for their neighbors. To be fair. I will say that the ladies in the front office are friendly and professional. But in good conscience I can't recommend living here. Don't be fooled by the looks or amenities. And btw, they just went up on rent by $200 a month (just one more reason we had to move out). Do your research.

    The management here could care less about the residents in fact she has the attitude that she is doing is a favor letting us live here. She doesnt know how to talk to people and can be very rude. The pool and fitness center are not open and according to the management they dont intend to open. Make sure you read the lease very closely they are not very forthcoming about the operation here

    Let me start off by expressing how disappointed I am with the way business is conducted here. My wife and I made an impulsive decision to stop there while looking for a new place to stay. I have to admit, the show they put on to get us signed up was impressive but trouble was around the corner. They took FOREVER to fix the most basic maintenance issues. The air conditioner broke on the regular. So much that I had to learn to fix it myself. Parking was horrible. Bugs took over the place. When it came time to move out, we were charged for the most ridiculous reasons. Even things that were considered normal wear and tare by LAW! I spent forever making sure the place was spotless. We were told that we could patch holes on the wall and touch it up with paint before we moved in. That was a lie. The sad part is the staff who told us that, threw us under the bus. We never got our deposit back and was charged an additional 600.00 because the carpet had a tiny furniture stain. They claimed it couldn't be removed because their uncertified phony "maintenance" guy said it couldn't. When we requested photographs of the damaged carpet, they never provided them. Turns out they broke the contact by changing the carpet before we could make efforts to remove the stain. Long story short, my wife and I are forced to pay them back or our credit will be compromised. I would recommend living in a car before I refer anyone to those unprofessional thieves.

    I just LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I wish I could pick the complex up & place in Baltimore. I have lived here for two years & I wished I lived here my entire time in Baton Rouge. The entire staff has shown me MUCH LOVE . I will truly miss them all.

    I've lived here for a year now and had to call maintenance twice. Both times they were very efficient and fixed my issue as quickly as they could and kept me in the communication loop. Thank you Roland for communicating with us and handling this current issue sooner than expected. Also, the Manager Karen was an intricate part in following up and making sure everything went smoothly. They worked as a team and got the job done and while doing so made a resident very happy! Greatly appreciated!
