Lewis, the founder of our company, and the all masonry construction provided virtual soundproofing and quiet comfort.     It's fine until something doesnt work. Maintenance will come multiple times. Nothing will get fixed. Management will be maintenance and you will still be left with the issue you called about.

    I would recommend The Patrician to anyone wanting a well kept & quiet home life...Ive lived there for over 15 years and loved it...

    What a great place to live! Very spacious and well matained.We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, while our home was being repaired from "The Great Flood"The location is very convenient to lots of yummy restaurants and businesses. I felt very safe and spoiled while staying there. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is to die for! Thank You Mike for making our stay at The Patrician a wonderful experience.

    The apartment is older but very spacious. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to respond. The windows are old and need replacing. The apartments on the road side need more sound buffers. It is too loud to enjoy the patio area.
