if you value your personal belongings, time, money, and sanity, I recommend never living there. Lastly, if you want to be spoken to like you are not a human and treated very rudely, I would recommend speaking with the manager there.

I wouldnt live here due to the fact that u discriminate against pitbulls. Mine is my support dog and the sweetest baby ever

Theyve have made some serious improvements since I got here. Leasing team is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Maintenance is on point - my work orders have been completed within a day or two, rather than months like it was before. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. All in all, great place to be as a student AND after graduation! Ill be renewing this year!

My daughter is a transfer student attending LSU and being that she can't drive I wanted her to live close to campus and shops, which these apartments provide. The only flaw is the apartments. I was awed by the model they showed us and the leasing office which are the ONLY renovated areas. My daughter's move in day was a disater. The pantry and watered damaged wood, the fridge and stove were tilted due to an unleveled floor, the bathroom vanity had broken drawers and outlet covers and a broken banister. The property manager (Jonas) I think that's his name informed me that when he did the walk through that everything was fine. I asked him what were the requirements of fine. He stated that the water was running, AC funtions and the lights work. I almost cried at his sencerity because my daughter's apartment looked like someone wrecked the apartment before she moved in. Warning to all Parents whose babies are leaving home to there new beginning home. I beg you to keep looking. I got them to come out and the replaced the outlet and stablized the banister but her food rolls to the back of the fridge and cooking is not done because it's unleveled. These are things that SHOULD have been rectified before moving in. Sincerely, A very angry mother.

Don't bother with this place. If something has to be fixed, expect to call at least 5 times. The staff has no clue what they're doing and are extremely rude. I've been abandoned on hold by Raven several times. Also been asked by her to "Hold on a minute" so she could finish watching a YouTube video. When asking a question, expect to get a different answer from each person you talk to. And none of them will have the correct answer. It took a year for maintenance to fix my air conditioning, and they never came back for the crappy window unit they left. The apartments are okay, if you dont mind sharing it with lots roaches and centipedes.

Our spacious studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, four bedroom and townhome floor plans include recently renovated interiors with new flooring, appliances, and optional furniture packages. With joint and individual leases available, the community offers well-appointed apartment homes and amenities such as a newly renovated business center, fitness center, and community recreation room. Residents are invited to relax in one of our three pools and enjoy free Wi-Fi in our common areas. The HUB at Baton Rouge is a pet friendly community, welcoming both cats and dogs with only a few breed restrictions.
