Don't bother with this place. If something has to be fixed, expect to call at least 5 times. The staff has no clue what they're doing and are extremely rude. I've been abandoned on hold by Raven several times. Also been asked by her to "Hold on a minute" so she could finish watching a YouTube video. When asking a question, expect to get a different answer from each person you talk to. And none of them will have the correct answer. It took a year for maintenance to fix my air conditioning, and they never came back for the crappy window unit they left. The apartments are okay, if you dont mind sharing it with lots roaches and centipedes.

Cant be barking that much bc you get what you pay for. Maintenance sucks. Certain people in the office are nice. Takes them a while to get things actually done. Theyll tell you to ignore the reviews, that they are old and what not but no today is 02/11/2018.

Friendly staff was ready to ask any & all questions, & helped me fill out the online application. I like the community apartment option, where I can rent a bedroom in a 2-, 3- or 4-bedroom apartment. This allows me to have all of the amenities of a 1-bedroom apartment for cheaper.

Signed a lease in June for a 1bedroom unit to be ready by August 15. Lease agreement said rent would be $660. Arrived that morning and aws told apt. would be ready around September 1st. When I showed my lease agreement, I was told that was only for advertising purposes and that the rent would be $890. When I questioned her about what it stated in the lease agreement she said that was just the leasing agent and could not do anything. I asked to speak with someone frqomthe apartment and was told that they are out of New York and would try to have someone contact me. Still waiting to hear from them.
