    I moved to Highland Club Aparment almost 2 years ago and love it. I was looking for a place that I could call home. I was looking for a quite and serene place and feel safe and I did find that. I live on the beautiful lake and enjoy the ducks and geese. I am a 65 yr young single women and feel at home and have met nice people. When anything goes wrong in my apartment all I have to do is call management and they usually respond pretty fast. I like that! The grounds are kept extremely well.

    The management and office staff know me by name even though I've only been in the office a few times to drop off rent or to pick up items from FedEx. They are always smiling and ask me if I am satisfied with my apartment. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My kids and I frequently feed the ducks and go fishing in the ponds. The neighbors are quiet and courteous when walking around outside or when driving.

    New management and incredible renovations have made this place the absolute best place that I have lived in Baton Rouge! Huge modern pool & fitness area. Everything you want in a great apartment like granite and new cabinets with wood floors and SPACE. The management company is great and they are professional. Cannot say enough great things about this place!

    Rats and roaches is unacceptable in a "high end" apartment building, management isn't personable and no regard for long term tenants.

    I just moved out and would like to forewarn anyone who intends to move in. When I moved in there was a leak under the sink, the kitchen light was broken, the ice maker wasn't working. After many numerous calls and going into the office many times it took over 4 weeks. After 4 months the kitchen light fixture fell down and it took them another month to fix. Never apologizing. The grounds are kept poorly. Duck and Dog feces everywhere. The office is totally inefficient and blames everything on the flood disaster when this complex wasn't affected.
