advertising is misleading! Only the bottom floors have hardwood and its actually laminate not hardwood. Some units dont include overhead microwaves like the display unit shows. My countertops were not replaced during the remodel and I have seen several of the remodeled units that werent done either. ( after 1 year and 3 months they recovered the tops.) My bathtub is pealing from where they painted it, instead of replacing it. The tile is cracking, because it wasnt replaced either. And dont get me started on the upstairs neighbors that I complain about every single night!!!!! Mantinance is a huge issue. Ive had AC problems for months with no solution. Ive called, done work orders online, spoken to maintenance manager in person, talk to the property manager in person, called on several occasions and spoke to Leasing Agent. For three months no air! Update air was fixed 3/24/2022. No surprise. 3/25 the ac wasnt working again. Today is the 29th still hasnt been fixed. I had a major leak from the unit above they still havent completed the repairs from the leak and that was in October. ( its March) Ive lived here for two years and theyve had 4 managers. The pools are NEVER clean! Packages get stolen from your door step. My door knob on my front door broke off. Apparently the locks were on order and there was a hole in my door for weeks that anyone could look through and see into my apartment. After two weeks of them not replacing the door knob I had to pay for it myself and they never reimbursed me. Management is terrible, maintenance is terrible, contracted maintenance is terrible, everything is terrible. I wish I would have looked at more that just the show unit. The reviews are terrible for a reason! Update! I never got reimbursed for loss of item nor the door knob. Also I received calls for months for the gate because they wouldnt remove me from the system. Also the property floods! Please be wary

Ceiling leak due the 7 hurricane season. Management never fixed it. Reported it 5 times over 8-9 months. I'm sure they've painted over the water marks as their "repair" when I finally moved out. The new tenants will be living w black mold behind their bedroom walls.

I have never given a review on any service or product. But I can't afford to share and prevent others from going through what I have experienced at this apartment complex. 1. Read your lease very well and don't pay for your key cards, you are entitled to it for free. I was charged for no explainable reason and didn't get my money back. 2. I was told there were no central AC units at this complex but that was not true as well. Other apartment units have them. 3. More than a year now, my big burners do not work and I'm so tired of complaining about it. 4. AC units in both rooms and living room make so much noise, they are old and faulty. I have complained so many times but as usual, nothing has been done. I have an ear problem now but of course, they do not care. 5. The maintenance team are really nice people but they are not enough and well resourced to do all the work hence work orders take months and sometimes they never get fixed. 6. Tha package/ mailroom. Oh my God, is a mess!! You should be waiting for the delivery guy if you're expecting a package/parcel or go back and see your package opened and part/all stolen. The parcel locker doesn't work and my packages keep getting missing from the so-called secured room. 7. Currently I'm living with two small burners, no working AC in my living room, broken washer door, bedroom AC emits black substance when on, alarm issues, and many more. The sad part is how rude some of the office staff are. They don't respond to emails, calls and show no concern for requests and issues. I know it's close to campus and it's convenient, but if you want some peace to focus on school, DO NOT MOVE into BRADSHAW!!! They don't even deserve a one-star! All nice when getting in and terrible afterward. I hope this helps someone.

Terrible management - they don't answer the phone or emails most of the time, things that are broken will take MONTHS to be fixed. The common areas are dirty and falling apart. Empty units have broken windows and on multiple occasions people have tried to open my apartment door while I've been inside.

Been without a washer since May. It is currently November. Nobody seems to know when it will get fixed. Im asked by maintenance if Ill be home and I say yes and wait all day for them and they dont show up.

I never understood the hatred with which people left reviews here, but now I do. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE (first Tiger Manor, now The Bradshaw). Its true the aisles and common areas are not very clean, but you can survive. However, the main problem is the management, those people are the worse (except for Ty). First of all, they are very dishonest, using your signature for documents you did not sign, and second of all, they do not care about your complaints (needs, repairs, you name it) and do not take responsibility for their own wrong actions. Before moving in, read carefully all the reviews, most of them include very bad experiences with the management of this place. I can't wait to leave this place.
