I have lived here for 4 years and this new company has beat the BEST Ive seen yet. Dont believe this crap on here. These ppl sound like some lil kids who didnt get there way or have issues with following rules. Prolly aint even paid they rent and they on here buggin. Check them out for yourself, you wouldnt be disappointed.

I hate it here, so check this out they claim that visitors can only park in visitors parking right, well how can they when the spots are always FULL, they are occupied with broke vehicles and motorcycles. They just towed two of my visitors vehicles bcuz they was parked out front. No signs saying NO PARKING!!! Dont move here, this place sucks. Even when u live here u have to fight for a spot bcuz they let multiple people from the same apartment get decals. What's the point of assigned parking. Dumb place. Looking for something better. Too many rules, that arent followed and all they do is bluff. My neighbor under me bbq ever freaking night, and the smell comes in my apartment. They all about money and not quality, they will boot and tow ur stuff just because.

Looking to move soon not satisfied with current accommodations

I love these apartments. Management is amazing and sweet. They handle every issue super fast ! Everything is updated and beautiful. Siegen Calais is definitely a good place to live, very quite and clean.

The property changed a lot in the last year and a half. They are under new management and you can see it. They started renovating and updating not only outside of the property ( new roof, windows, and pool) but inside of the apartments as well. If you care for a location and affordable prices you definitely should visit.

I literally hate it here the Manager is Super Rude and has a bad attitude. When she is mad she does not know how to talk to people. I have been harrassed multiple times over the smallest things. I love my apartment but I hate to feel like I'm a kid that being constantly policed. I hear my upstairs neighbor stomping all day and her dog running thru her apartment, also the dog barks dang near all day sometimes. At night ever now and then my apartment smells like a nail shop, because of my upstairs neighbor and I have called a few times about that and nothing has happened. They put up signs about parking that clearly don't state what they really mean. Please don't make Tarnesha (Manger) made cause she will find a way to end your lease early.Its floods over here if it rains to hard. I have a room in my home that's was suppose to be painted months ago but it hasn't. Which I was told a painter was coming months ago.
