Shadow Creek Apartments is constructed with a contemporary design on beautifully manicured grounds. A swimming pool and laundry room are available for residents' use. One bedroom, two bedroom, and two bedroom townhome floorplans are available for selection, with amenities including ceiling fans, frost-free refrigerators and washer and dryer connections. All townhomes are furnished with a washer and dryer plus a fireplace. Bulk rate utilities are also available. Shadow Creek is conveniently located at 950 South Foster Drive with easy access to College Drive, I-10, shopping centers, restaurants, and the downtown area. A golf course is also within walking distance.

My stay have been pleasant and I feel safe. I am a quiet person and the atmosphere goes well with my personality. It is definitely a peaceful place. The staff are very professional and courteous. My apartment is big and roomy. I really like living here.
Everything is good except the bugs/roaches we see in the apt.
Nice, quiet place to live with all the desirable amenities. If only the appliances like the kitchen stove were a little better I would have given it an excellent rating.
Quiet, no nosey neighbors......Know neighbors only slightly although living nearby nearly 3 years however. Not like another complex (One Lakeshore Place) where a lot of tenants knew each other and had a chit chat or talked whenever they saw each other, but at the same time were not too nosey. I guess the dynamics are not present here for this type of discourse.
old building structure that is poorly maintained. needs gutters, needs insulation needs a lot of tlc. management is more concerned about profit than upkeep
