Provincial & The Crillon Apartments

I was impressed by the size of these apartments. They are beautiful and quiet. The over sized closets, & vaulted ceilings really blew me away.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEE DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have tried not to come to this result, but enough is enough. Since I have moved here, there has been countless problems. This apartment complex is infested with roaches and rats. No one should have to live like this. I have even considered breaking my lease. Instead of dealing with the hassle of breaking a lease, I have decided to do my best to keep the problems under control. I have put way more money into this apartment than I have gotten any luxury from it. Not to mention times where my air would stop working, and major leaks to occur under the carpet. I have also had a leak in the restroom ceiling and the management claims there is no leak. Meanwhile, I watch water drip from the leak every time it storms. The one time that they came to fix it, they only came and patched over it, rather than fixing the real underlying issue. I know that you get what you pay for, however, $720 is not play money and they are considering increasing the prices of rent. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some hassle by staying away from this place. The neighbors are good and the maintenance are nice when they come. However, that does not account for all of the issues with this complex. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Please do not doubt this review, these are facts and there are photos to confirm all issues.

Horrible I been staying here sick 2016 and I had to call 4 times to re-caulk the tub, I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to pressure wash the balcony that has spiders and wasps every where. There is no parking especially on the weekend, they suppose to have security never seen them we had 4 or 7 cars broken in one weeken. Not worth it your just paying for the size of the apartment, no amenities, they will cut your water off and not tell you I can't count how many times they had to work on the water, one time they told us our water would be on by a certain time, it was off the hold day and the managers left the clerk to deal with the residents and she couldn't tell us a time and gave us a case of water. They had a contractor working on there solar panels and he blew a some breakers, they had to turn the lights off in just on building until it was fixed they told us it will be fixed in a couple of hours, so happen I saw the man working on it and he told me we wouldn't be backup until maybe the next have to pull permits, get parts, inspected, than have entegy turn them on, they told us to go stay with family and friends. They wouldn't give us the contractors info so we could file a claim for food. Corporate and the office gave us the around, they eventually gave us a $50 credit on next month's rent. Lights were out for 2 days. I could go on with more stories. DON'T STAY HERE

If becoming real ghetto over here they barely clean up.The only time they clean up is when the grass is getting cut. There is no security. No where to park and if you call office or the tow truck driver they don't do anything. So I go outside this morning and they are to use condoms on the steps!!! I hate living over here.

I am no longer a resident....from several years ago.

I've lived here for about 12 months. Since day 1, I've had to deal with a major roach infestation in my apartment. the roaches crawl all over you while you sleep, while you're sitting on the couch, eating food at the dinner table, in your toilet while youre using the restroom. they literally lay eggs in your tub and the baby roaches are EVERYWHERE. IN EVERYTHING. I really wish I was exaggerating. I have maids come to clean my home 1-2 times a week so I keep a clean environment so I just know it's this apartment. PLEASE, if you can help it, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wouldn't wish these living conditions on anyone. Unfortunately, I wish the roaches were the worst part of living in the Provincial. My worst experience came from dealing with some of the most ugliest human beings I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, in their front office, Timberlynn and Kendra. Not only did Timberlynn lie about the condition of the apartment we were moving into, we were expecting hard wood floors but instead we got a trashy, dirty apartment with moldy stinky carpet. The apartment was so dirty we had to demand they send maids out to clean it again. On top of that, they issued me a wrongful violation, put it on my record, in attempts to keep me from being able to rent another apartment. When I tried to go to the front office to speak to them about why the voilation should be removed they refused to listen. Thankfully it worked out for me but that just showed me how ugly and miserable they must truly be. It seems as though they don't even like working here. I've literally had people that work for the apartment complain about how they were treated by Timberlynn. From corporate all the way down to the office help. It was a horrible experience. Please don't move here.

Provincial is a great place to stay, the office staff are all very friendly and care about their residents!!

I love the community. Everyone in Management is so nice. They even gave me a welcome home gift when I moved in. If there was a problem reported, it literally takes no more than 30 minutes for someone to respond.

Love Provincial! Units are very large and grounds are well kept! Staff is very nice and always quick to respond!

My favorite own one place to always forever stay is City Heights Magnolia Place Apartment Dale Street New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
