    Roof and windows leak. Parking is horrible. The rent is too high for what you get. Be prepared to also do your own pest control.

    I was a flood victim who stayed here because of the awesome location. It was a tad bit over priced for the size and I still had to pay utilities. The maintenance guys werent always readily available when things broke which made it a bit frustrating. When it was time for my least to be up, I completed my form and turned it in.. only to find out that they changed management and the new manager didnt have my paperwork. She then tried to make me pay month to month at mortgage rent for an apt that wasnt even worth it and threaten me with collections if i didnt pay. I eventually remolded my home and have since moved back but the entire experience with that lady was terrible! Ive had better experiences with their sister property the Crillion rather them.. Good Luck, if you interested! Hopefully its under new management.

    I like the gate and feel that it should be monitored to hold those that break it accountable for damaging it such as having a camera. That's one feature I liked about Parc Fontaine.
