DOG PARK! Pets permitted with restrictions. Only dogs, cats, and birds are allowed. We accept all dogs with the exception of Dobermans, Chow Chows, German Shepherds, Rottweilers and all pit bull breeds. Cats must be spayed/neutered and de-clawed. Residents pay a onetime, non-refundable fee of $400 for the first pet and additional fee of $200 for the second pet. Monthly Pet Rent, $10 for first pet, $15 for two pets. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

    The management is very nice and helpful. If repairs are needed they are done immediately.

    I really appreciate the genuine concern that the office personnel show.. The grounds are kept in excellent condition.

    Ole London Towne Apartments management is very incompetent, unethical, untrustworthy, and condescending. Consumers, BEWARE of this management company. Spend your money wisely and invest elsewhere. This management company does not have the consumers' best interest when conducting business matters. Their only interest is greed and selfishness. BEWARE!

    I don't do this often at all, but let me tell you about my experience at Ole London Towne Apartments. These people looked out for me. They helped me in every single way they possibly could. Christian? An AMAZING leasing agent. Maintenance? Never have I ever had a SINGLE problem with them coming to fix something or taking forever with coming. The property manager Danny? A GODSENT. I actually felt like my property manager cared about me. He has even reached out to me personally to discuss options. The entire staff is all around PHENOMENAL. The property is gorgeous. Very well maintained. Even the location is perfect. You're right where East Baton Rouge starts with the interstate not even a mile away so it's a very easy commute to work or school. I jusy want to thank every single staff member of Ole London Towne. You exceeded every expectation for me as an apartment complex. I will forever recommend anyone to live here. When i say that, I mean 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.
