I love living here!! Honestly, my only complaint (and it has NOTHING to do with the staff or grounds) is that I never know when I have had a package delivered. Could someone please request that delivery services (FedEx and UPS) please leave a note on resident doors when a package has been taken to the main office. I often have medical prescriptions delivered and I am often not aware of when they are delivered to me. A phone call would be fabulous as well!

Steriotypical "if I could rate 0 stars I would"... the whole process from signing the lease to moving in was absolutely chaotic. They clearly don't have procedures in-place to ensure smooth move-in processes. These are all things we could have dealt with (including moving into a unit that was not made ready and had a hole in the ceiling just to name one of the many issues on our move-in day), however cleanliness and pests are something we were NOT okay with. If the only problem would have been a few work orders or repairs we would have been perfectly fine waiting patiently for the issues to be resolved, however we have seen roaches (the small ones that = infestations) every day since moving in.. like 30 per day.. that's over 100 roaches in our first week living here... We reported this to the management office as soon as we noticed it but they have yet to take any action. They are very unresponsive as well. Anytime you try to call you get sent to voicemail and you're lucky if they ever return your calls. I've put in work orders and tried sending emails; the property manager Britt finally responded to one of the emails days after we reported the issue but she's yet to let us know if pest control will be out, and hasn't responded to any further communication. On top of all this we are paying TOP dollar for the area and an extra $70/month for maintenance and pest control so I have no clue where this money is going to. The problem is so bad, we got our keys a week ago and have yet to sleep in the apartment. I've lived in many many apartments in the area and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this property to anyone!

f I could give them no stars I would. After waiting almost 3 months, they finally reached out to me when I inquired about my deposit and said they were keeping my entire deposit for cleaning which they had to do anyway. The manager (she's horrible and not friendly at all) came to my apartment before I left and accused me of throwing away furniture in my mini SUV because I was the only one scheduled to move that week. Trash doesn't come when they're supposed to. The front office NEVER answers the phone. Maintenance won't show up for days. Just a quick tip if you decide to move here, they have 7 days to fix any issue or you can get out of your lease. STAY AWAY!

From start to finish, the management has been terrible with communication. I have been working with the leasing agent Mady and she is terrible at communication. Before I moved into my apartment, we were suppose to have a virtual tour meeting. Well, apparently there was a storm in Louisiana that I was unaware of (due to being from Ohio) and I waited to hear from her. Instead of sending an email to let me know that the meeting had been cancelled, I emailed her twice before I even got a reply on speaking to each other regarding the apartment. I finally got in touch with her and we spoke of the apartment I would be leasing. I asked multiple times for the lease and never received it until a month later. Before receiving the lease to my ASSIGNED apartment, I received a call 2 weeks before from another leasing agent at the same complex stating my unit was unavailable. Infuriated, I did not understand how this could have happened in a two weeks time frame. During this time frame of frantically looking for another place to stay, I was extremely frustrated and did not even speak with the manager AT ALL. I had asked for times and her availability and didn't receive that either. Although, another apartment was found for me; i drove 14 hrs from Ohio for the APARTMENT TO BE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!. Dirty diapers and towels on the balcony, red streaks on the blinds and some blinds were missing, carpet stains, socks in washer, dirty valet trashcan, dirty sinks, and a terrible smell with knits in the kitchen! In the midst of this, I decided not to move in and tried to talk with the manager and Mady and had an "appointment only" policy. This was an emergency. I even asked her had she inspected the apartment and her answer was " It was clean when I went in there" How do you rent out a place that wasn't even cleaned? This has got to be the most horrific apartment complex encounter I have ever dealt with. I still haven't spoken to the manager. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. My husband and I lived here over 2 years, never to have a lease violation, noise complaint, nothing. Yet, when it came time to renew they automatically raised our rates without giving us any option to renew at our same price. Ended up having to pay $200 more a month for the same apartment. They never communicated a single thing to us, maintenance requests went unresolved and they would even cancel the requests without addressing them. When I called, I could never get anyone on the phone aside from Maddie (who was very nice, but none of them communicate with each other). Upon move out, we cleaned the apartment (1 bedroom so not much surface) spotless. A month after we moved out I had to call the office to see where our security deposit was, as our lease stated it would be mailed to the forwarding address we provided within 30 days. She said they processed it a week and a half ago so you should be getting it within a week. A week went by, nothing. Then my husband got a call from A DEBT COLLECTOR telling us we owed these people money. Not once did they mention we owed them anything when I spoke to them. We called and they stated not only did we owe them money, we would not be getting our security deposit back. How does this make sense when I spoke to them a week prior? On top of that, we have yet to receive a statement of what these charges are for! Its been 6 weeks since our move out date and these people have not tried to contact us once, just sent us directly to a debt collector. Youve been warned, there are PLENTY of other apartments to live in and I would never recommend this place to any respectable person.

This is the only apartment complex that offers it all. They considered every possible amenity, excellent environment to live safely.

Makayla Wilson Is amazing! She was very quick in responding to my questions! The unit I have is renovated and I love it! There were a few things that needed to be fixed but maintenance was on it! They were there either the day of my maintenance request or the next day! So far I love it!

Indigo park maintenance team really works hard. With the new lead Blake he has changed the atmosphere of indigo so much! Thank you management and Team.

Makayla Wilson is absolutely amazing! She helped me with any and all questions I had enthusiastically! She made me feel right at home and like she cared! The apartments themselves look amazing and you can tell the place is handled with care!

I have been living here since 2017 and it has been peaceful. It is very quiet with beautiful landscaping. Pre COVID there was always activities going on. There is a neighbor here that has his own food truck with delicious food and he partners with the apartments all the time when there is activities. I even had to transfer from a two bedroom to a one(for my own needs of downsizing) and they made the process easy. If you are needing a place that is near campus but nothing like the college dorm experience or even a place amongst professionals this is the place! Call up Brittany, Maddie or Kalyen and tell them Denise S. Referred you.

Ive been living at Indigo Park for over a year now and have had a great experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and always get tasks accomplished in a timely manner. Mady and Britt have always left a smile on my face! If youre looking for a great community id definitely recommend Indigo park by Cortland! 5 stars!
