Excellent maintenance and office assistance!! Very friendly, quick to respond, very clean with regular upkeep...we could go on and on! Apartments are older but regularly maintained. We highly recommend these apartments!
I lived here 20 years ago and couldn't resist moving back when I needed a local residence. I think the place looks better overall than it did back then and the staff is great.
It would be nice though, if there was a better way to pay rent: I'm usually not at home during office hours and I don't like dropping a check through the office door.
Office staff is great and the grounds are maintained very well.
The complex is very centrally located. Easy access to Major streets and Interstates in Baton Rouge. The complex is maintained in a nice manner and the staff is very friendly. The only drawback is the price considering the complex's age compared to newer complexes.
Ultimately, I love the staff here! They are friendly and caring. And they never take more than a week to fix a problem that may occur during your tenure here.
