    I have been living at this place for over 10+ years and the service is horrible. You can never get repairs done, you are never notified when/if the water will be turned off for repairs and management changes so frequently its almost impossible to keep up. This is a horrible place to live.

    Horrible office staff. Current manager and previous manager were horrible. Horrible communication and dont hold your breath if you're waiting maintenance.

    Went to the office today to pay my rent and the best manager we ever had is gone. Why can't this company keep a manager.?

    Went in the office today to pay my rent and found out the best manager we ever had is no longer there. I am sick over this. They can not keep anyone. Shame on them.
