Maintaince is so bad we complain 10 times no one fix the issue. Exit gate has spikes it malfunctions and puncture your tires. It happen to me on July 6th 2017 between 8:45PM to 9:00 PM. They put the sign next day outside management is not responsible for property damage. I will put a sign on my car if I hit some one I am not responsible for any damage. Does it work I think no it's a same thing if your spikes at the gate malfunctioned you are the one responsible for it or take those spikes out. SHAME ON YOU fairway view staff and management
I have lived here for one year and it is a very quiet place
Not worth anyone's money. Rat infested roach infested. When maintenance has to come into the apartment to fix something they'll have an attitude as if it's not they're job, even people in the main office be having an attitude. Appliances never work pest control never come around as if they're no rats in the apartment. Please don't waste your money
Fairway View is such a wonderful place to live. I have lived here a year and loved every moment.
Some units have issues with rodents.
My roommate and I moved into the Fairway View apartment complex in the summer. Three months later I started to notice 'mice' droppings in an upstairs closet. I immediately set my own traps and the next day I notified the front office so that maintenance could come to seal the hole they were coming in. An exterminator stopped by once to reset the traps I bought myself but didn't catch anything. Maintenance eventually did come to patch the hole, but only after I stood in the office and demanded that someone come and patch it immediately. I waited in the office while someone was called and met them in my unit. I caught a total of eight 'mice' in the time it took for maintenance to address this. It wasn't until FOUR MONTHS LATER, that my original work order was addressed.
Sometime in late February I began to hear noises in the kitchen and walls while I was home alone. I began to suspect that I might have rats entering my apartment. I bought rat and large glue traps. An exterminator visited and notified my roommate and I that there wasn't much more he could do inside the unit than what we already set. He told us that poison would be set outside and that we were free to contact him if something came up. He did not notify us exactly where in our unit he set traps and he didn't return to check them. Sometime in May I opened the closet of our A/C unit to find a large, decomposing rat in a trap. Also, at this time the noise in our walls was still ongoing.
I have never dealt with rodents before and my roommate and I wouldn't have signed a lease here if this was brought to my attention. Rodents are unsanitary. I understand that they have attempted to address this issue. I also understand that these are older buildings. But at this time I still have rodents making noise in my walls. I only want others to know before signing a lease here.
