I had a terrific showing, called this morning , And wasn't feeling that the application I did was anything the manager had time to discuss. I wasn't told anything about the submission from manager what follows , I did with the rental consultant.
The ladies we went talk to were rude. 1. They claimed the weather was too bad to show us an apartment, which it wasnt even raining or really wet. 2. They made us feel like we had to sell to them. They made us feel like we had to prove that we were good enough for the apartments.
I would not recommend living here .Dirty roaches a big problems ,old and out dated .Was not cleaned when we moved in .Ready to get out !!!!
Absolutely the worst apartment complex! Upon moving in carpets were never cleaned and were disgusting and smelled of smoke horribly. After moving in there were roaches every where. They just came from every single crevice. We attempted to have them exterminated multiple times and managment never got rid of them. We also ended up getting bed bugs in our apartment which I have never had an issue with in my entire life until I moved there. Ceilings creaked every time upstairs neighbors moved. Maintenance work was rarely completed and when it was done it never actually fixed anything. LITERALLY DO NOT EVER RENT HERE!!! Management will not do anything for you that you need completed.
