    The staff at Gaslite are absolutely amazing - they work with you, are really sweet, and are just generally fantastic. Plus, the granite countertops are such a plus. I miss them in my new apartment!

    I love how safe I feel living here by myself although it's only a stone's throw away from Tigerland. This isn't what I would call a good neighborhood necessarily, but I've never heard or experienced anything that would make my safety feel compromised. I love the management staff, but I do find it slightly irritating how the pools aren't very well kept or how the wash room has some broken washers and dryers that still haven't been fixed in the year I've lived here. But, hey, free laundry!

    This place is horrible!! Building is in disclosure, security gates open 24/7, grass 4 ft tall, no lighting at night, washers & dryers do not work, pool is green, trash everywhere..no maitenance!! Apts have water leaks, ac problems etc. Stay far away!!

    These apartments never were the best place to live in, but they used to be good enough for the price you pay. Well, thats no longer the case. New owner raised rent and left the place unmanaged at least twice within a year. We have had no way to contact the owner nor anyone representing them for over a month now.

    Tenants are literally abandoning this place because its become uninhabitable. I lived here for 9 years before finally leaving. It used to be a beautiful complex and was family owned. It was kept up, the place was pristine. Then a year ago it got sold to some slum lords who hired and fired 5 different management companies until now theres no one managing it at all. As a result its become a ghost town as everyone in the complex packed up and left. Theres now constant breakins, theres homeless people squatting in the vacant apartments after breaking in through the windows. The complex has been left abandoned and is falling apart now. ACs dont work and have never been fixed, I went all winter with no heat, and the roof leaks. Theyve shut down the rent portal and the email and phone number no longer work. The pool has been black and filled with trash for almost a YEAR. The laundry room barely functions anymore, most of the units have broken down. And 3 times in the last 6 months the electricity has been shut off, leaving the entire complex in the dark, because the owners didnt pay the electricity bill. Avoid at all costs.

    I am trying to get my money together to move out. Current company that runs the place are strictly focused on making money, they don't care about the residents. When I had moved in before they had worked with me because my finances were a little low. DO NOT move here. I had a clogged sink and the gate was broken both it took them over 2 months to fix.
