The entire experience was so professional and the staff was very friendly and efficient, no problems at all. The location is great as it is easy to get around and everything is in walking distance, which I thoroughly appreciate. The grounds and upkeep is lovely and strolling through the area feels very safe. I would recommend family and friends to live in this community anytime.

I wouldnt recommend staying here. The management and maintenance here are awful. My apartment was filthy when i moved in not to mention roaches and dirty floors. My first full month here i had no AC & theres still things yet to be fixed that havent been since I moved in almost 3 months ago. Just letting whoever know before you consider staying here. My lease cant be up soon enough.

This place is a joke! Gated community -what a farce. The gates never work, and when they do people just tailgate somebody to come in, or race against traffic through the exit gate after somebody exits. They tell you the rent is X amount, then they tell you about the other $100/month for "amenities, etc" that are mandatory! If it's mandatory, I call that RENT! Very misleading if not outright fraud! We are women and roaches and rats here are crazy - not cool. They have traps set everywhere - it's not for squirrels! The trash that piles up at the only dumpster at the entrance to the complex - it gets 5ft. high and 40 feet long often! Drive by any weekend and see for yourself! (And this is one of the "amenities" that you are forced to pay for?!) Cars come squeeling with music blaring all hours of the night - forget about restful sleep for work. Parking is atrocious. It is not uncommon for us to have to walk from 2 buildings 50 yards away because the space is so inadequate. We are looking for a new place to move as we speak, which is difficult after the hurricane.

Great place to live. Been here for a while & the staff is so friendly. Maintenance rocks. They come help me with any problem I have pretty quick.

Me and my fiancé just lovessssss this complex! Nice community the new office staff is the best! Maintenance is always fast and very efficient always speaks I give it 10/10

The Apartment are Nice Luxury Homes Highly Recommended

As a former tenant of Coursey Place Apartments, I loved the experience that I had while living there. Lived in a 1 bd/1 bath and renewed my lease and moved to a 2 bd/2 bath. Don’t get me wrong, there were a few problems with the AC units in both apartments but the maintenance staff was quick to fix. The apartments were clean and the grounds were beautiful. I felt safe living there. An added bonus was that it was close to a lot of things. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
