Lived here for multiple years and always felt appreciated and listened to as a resident. Every lease renewal they offered some kind of upgrade or carpet cleaning. Management was receptive and prices were affordable. Super convenient to LSU.
I have been a resident of Canterbury Square Apartments for over two years, and It is a very relaxing community. The grounds are immaculate. It is a tranquil and safe environment. Canterbury Square is a very culturally diverse community. The two ladies in the office are very responsive, honest and professional, one of which lives on-site who ensures the residents are being cared for after business hours. The location of the property is perfect. This family-owned property has continuous upgrades. I have observed that some residents from different countries and various cultural background have aggressive tendencies toward the staff, despite their aggression the two ladies in the office and the maintenance crew maintain their profession bearings.
Infested with bedbugs, mice, etc. will go into your apt w/o permission or notice
This place is one of the worst place I came across. I've fill out an application and paid the fee and waited a whole week and still didn't get a reply. I decided to call them and their answer was "we don't know." I feel rob of the application fee because I have a feeling they never process the application and just kept the money order. No one in the office can help and the manager Julie would avoid you at all cost. Such a shame.
