Atlas at Foresthaven

Good place to live. Prices are good compared to other complexes nearby. The only thing I dislike is the cheap material of the renovated and the fact that the pool is almost Always closed during the summer. I hate having to call maintenance so often but Im glad they dont take forever to come out.

I've been living here two and a half years. This is a great place to call home. The ladies in the office are always very pleasant and the maintenance guys keep everything running smoothly, if you call them today, they will respond today. I'm only moving out because my son needs me to be with him. Narva Williams

The front office and the maintenance crew do a excellent job no complaints

Overall this complex is ok. Repairs are done timely, but now you have to pay a portion of the water bill, the rent will steadily increase. Several areas in the parking lot floods; which will leave you stranded or cause vehicle damage. There are other places thats better.

Forestwood Apts. is a nice and quiet family oriented place to live. The office staff are friendly and respond to concerns and maintenance promptly.

The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel so welcomed and at home. Im so devastated that my application was denied.

I’ve lived at Atlas at Foresthaven since January 2023. I appreciate Louise, Christy, and Makayla for being a great office staff, and running great property! I also appreciate the peace and sense of security over here. In a year of living here, I have only had to put in 3 work orders, and each one was completed on the same day! Paying rent online is more than easy and I’ve never had any hiccups.

Ms. Christy was amazing. Showed us 4 different apartments with no problem and we even decided to move in months earlier than anticipated. She is amazing!!!

I really enjoyed speaking with Louise, she was informative, kind, and resourceful.

Christy is awesome! She showed me two units and explained everything I need to apply for the apartment. She gave the tablet to do it and offered some support for me. The condo is good and the units are nice! I definitely would recommend applying there! Talk to Christy. Tou won’t be disappointed!

The office staff is polite and welcoming! The apartment complex is very peaceful! No drama here at all. Beautiful landscape 😍 Most importantly , the maintenance crew does a wonderful job at fixing things in a timely manner. I would recommend Forestwood to anyone for that reason alone.

I lived here for 3 years and I love it so much the stuff is great, when something needs to be done in you're apartment it will be done then great people.
