The owner dont care about his tenants.. mold, just had a fire and he leaving his tenants in building 4 with no power until monday.mind you the fire was on a fri. Red cross couldn't help because it's the owner responsibility to make provision for his tenants.. ppl food spoiling , can't take a hot shower, can't cook etc.. Just sad..... BUT GOD NOT SLEEP.. YOU NEVER WIN PLAYING DIRTY..
Hey!!!!! These apartment has more space it look kid friendly plus across the street it's a nice park area. I think it get five stars.
Garbage,, garbage, garbage
Everything was okay at first. Maintenance wasn't always on top of things, as we still had a few little odds and ends that the office and maintenance knew about that never got fixed the whole time we were there. At the same time, when our a/c went out, it took them a week to get it fixed. During this time, the a/c would not shut off but wouldn't blow cold. Therefore, our power bill more than doubled. Property management would not do anything to help, as they said the issue was fixed in a timely manner. A week with no a/c in the early summer when temperatures INSIDE were close to 85 degrees. Then around early June, the auto burglaries began. Our two vehicles were burglarized a total of 4 TIMES in 2 months. Each time the office was notified, police reports filed, the whole 9 yards. As of this day, management has yet to check the security cameras to see if they could find out who and/or when my vehicle was broken in to. Each time our vehicles were broken in to, the only thing the office would say or ask was whether we had our doors locked or not. Yet, our vehicles were not the only ones being burglarized. Within 2 months, there were a total of 10+ vehicle burglaries within the complex, all within 3 buildings. Management would not do anything except get the security company to make an extra round or two. When we decided to leave, with 3 months left on our lease, I spoke with the office to find out what we needed to do and to let them know that we were leaving due to the burglaries, as well as the rampant drug use by other tenants living close to us that they didn't seem to want to be bothered with. All I was told we needed to do was to let them know about us leaving. Was never told that it needed to be put in writing and to give a 30 day notice. Once we finally found a new place to live, I informed the office that we would be moving. Again nothing was said about putting it in writing. Now we owe them 3 months rent, for breaking our lease.
